Bookings & payments

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from TouristGuru.
• The balance amount must be paid before the due date mentioned on your invoice.
• Package prices are per person on a twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise and are subject to availability.

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).
• Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines and other suppliers.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 15 working days.

Changes to itinerary

Itineraries may change due to weather, natural events, strikes or other circumstances beyond our control. Any additional cost arising from such changes is payable by the traveller.

Travel documents

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID, passports, visas and other required documents.

Liability

TouristGuru acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport operators and other suppliers and is not liable for any loss, injury or delay caused by them.

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
